With its open concept and approximately 1750 square feet of living space, this 4 bedroom (plus bonus room with Queen Sleeper Sofa) 3 1/2 bath rental offers all the luxuries of a high-end home with plenty of room for a single family or 2 families looking to vacation together. there is also a garage for extra storage and lots of parking available!
the master bedroom has a huge and fabulously comfortable king size pillow top bed that sleeps like a dream! it also has a 42' high definition plasma flat screen tv with full digital cable package, movie channels, etc The private Master Bath is very spacious with a large full size shower, his and her sinks, and two separate walk-in closets.
the second and third bedrooms both have pillow top queen size beds and 32' flat screen led tvs with a second full bath off the hallway The fourth upstairs bedroom is perfect for the children, with matching twin beds and also a 32' Flat Screen LED TV. Additional sleeping capacity is provided in the downstairs bonus room which has a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa as well as 32' Flat Screen LED TV.
the kitchen offers all the amenities of a high end home with beautiful granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice maker, full-size dishwasher, microwave, stove, keurig coffee maker and a bar area for casual dining that seats three, as well as a full dining area that seats eight The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home and fully enjoy the house if you wish.
the living room is very relaxing and comfortable with a plush sofa, recliner and additional comfy, relaxing chair/ottoman as well as a beautiful new samsung 60' led smart tv (3d also!) with high definition receiver, deluxe digital cable package, all channels!), high end sound bar (beautiful sound for movies!), blue ray, and high-speed wireless internet connection available!
there is a private laundry room off the kitchen with brand new high end lg washer and dryer

our home also comes with full use of two beautiful high-end golf carts for your travels back and forth to the beach and around the village! our melody gardens home has everything needed for that dream vacation at the beach!
oceanside village is a private, gated community within surfside beach It has tons of amenities to offer besides a great beach, such as an indoor and outdoor pool, new gym/fitness facility, lighted tennis courts, volleyball courts, a basketball court, a baseball field, park area/playground for the kids, and fishing lakes all around the 144-acre property. This house is just a five minute walk to the ocean, and there is private beachfront parking available for community renters and residents only. the village is only a few minutes' drive north to myrtle beach and area attractions, or south to murrell's inlet and pawley's island for great seafood dining, nightlife, and specialty shops!
