This unit lets in a wonderful amount of natural light, making this bright and airy unit so relaxing. This fully stocked kitchen is ready for your extended stay.
this unit is located in the first building on beautifully manicured grounds The proximity to Faro Blanco Marina and Lighthouse make this an excellent rental location as they offer dining, entertainment, pool use, and charter fishing trips right out of the marina.
this condo is under 30 lb dog friendly for a non-refundable $250 pet fee and no smoking is allowed Room for 2 vehicles parked on site, no boat trailers. There is a possibility of renting dockage directly from Faro Blanco Marina, not affiliated with us. However we can facilitate off-site arrangements for renting dock space and trailer storage.

If no rental is procured, you will lose your deposit and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If Monroe County is closed and not allowing visitors in, we will be able to provide a credit to use for a future week or a refund minus the $150 non-refundable processing fee.
