Positive: The hotel and staff was excellent and hotel was wonderful. Booking was not. My rooms were not reserved as paid for and expected so the wonderful staff at the Sheraton managed to find rooms for us and accommodate us. My complaint was sent in to booking and I hope to get this resolved soon.
Summary: The Sheraton is wonderful with a wonderful staff. Lashanda and Enrique were amazing and helped us.
