a nice three bedroom, two bath manufactured home with covered parking for two vehicles located approximately 15 miles from davis wade stadium at mS.U. Centrally located within 30 minutes of Columbus, West Point and Macon. Right in the middle of the Golden Triangle area! Resting on 1.5 acres of lush land with lots of beautiful green pastures and trees in the background also tree lined on the front road.
nicely decorated, all three bedrooms are furnished with antique double beds, all with new mattresses, dressers and lamps The Master bath has a separate soaking tub and walk in shower, while the second bath has a tub shower combo. All bedding, bath and kitchen towels are provided.
the kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and coffee pot We even supply your coffee (Folgers) and condiments. Dishes, glasses, cook, bake ware and all utensils are also provided. The griller in the family has a charcoal grill in the back complete with patio furniture.
