the lower floor of villa saint john is an area designed for recreation, exercise and amazing family moments! divided into several different areas the lower floor offers a dedicated playroom offers a sofa, 73 hdtv with netflix, ps4, and board games In this area you will also enjoy a pool table, and a well-appointed bar. On this level there is also a shared WC. Ascending a few steps from the playroom, on the left side of a corridor you will find the area of the gym facility and spa area. The gym is well-equipped with a treadmill, rowing machine, dumbbells, yoga mats and blocks. Next to the gym is located the sauna that can easily host up to 8 guests, and a full bathroom, as well as a massage room. Following the corridor, you will also find a utility room with washer and dryer.
also four bedrooms are available on this level, each one offering two single beds (090x2.00) easily convertible into a queen-size bed upon request and its own en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and double sinks.
