Though it's a duplex, guests have a private entrance and a completely private space. One wall is shared. This is the larger unit with two bedrooms located in the front. The backyard is fully fenced, enjoy relaxing with your iced coffee on a hot day! Guests may utilize free street parking, and have unlimited access to Wifi! The home features washer/dryer, heating and cooling. *Note: the backyard does not include a grassy area and there is no garage.

Just blocks from restaurants, shopping, and all the charm downtown Exeter has to offer, this is the perfect escape for few couples, a family, or a group of friends traveling to Sequoia National Park, Lake Kaweah, or just in town to visit family and friends in the central valley. Traveling professionals welcome! Exeter is known for its quaint small town feel, murals throughout the town, incredible brunch at Cafe Lafayette, and popular Rocky Hill marathon events and training. Christmas is the most magical time of the year as the town comes alive with festivities! In the summer, we often have outdoor concerts in the park a short walk from the house, and a great farmer's market in nearby Visalia every Saturday morning!
