Summary: We stayed in a studio with a tiny bedroom ( can barely walk around the Queen sized bed). Bathroom was nice and it was great to have kitchenette and washer dryer. The pool area was nice but soooo many spiders around the edges. Take a broom and sweep up around the outside walls! We cooked dinner on the outside grills one night and the starters don’t work. You’ll need an external flame ( thank goodness a resident came along with a lighter to help us). The property needs some love. The staff was amazing and very kind. There is a security guard at night at the door making sure only residents and hotel guests come in. Great location —grocery stores and convenience stores close by. Great amenities. Lake views and Grant park in your front door! Tons of restaurants nearby.
