Your kitchen will be ready for cooking with new small appliances, dishware, silverware, glassware, pots and pans. All bedrooms include newly purchased mattresses and pillows and tvs for your viewing pleasure. The spacious master bath has double sinks and granite counter tops. The guest bathroom was recently updated with tiles, rain shower, vanity and a huge linen closet that will be stocked with new linens and towels. Both the living and family rooms have tvs also. Pocket sliders from all rooms open to the newly paved pool deck and lanai with Sunbrella roll down shades, a tv, and amazing views of the canal leading to the Gulf of Mexico. The sunset views over the canal can't be beat! A paved walkway leads down to the canal composite deck and lanai, and space for boat mooring. The in-ground pool is heated and is screened in. Patio furniture will allow for much needed relaxation and spacious enough for all your entertaining needs. Home includes an over-sized 2 car garage. The bridge at Cape Coral Pkwy has a 9ft 3in clearance, should you decide to rent a boat. Kayak through the canal with the kayaks provided on site. Also included are 4 adult bikes and 2 youth bikes.
