this charming cottage plus sleepout with ensuite has been lovingly furnished and is set on a huge tree-line section that provides a private and serene oasis close to the action Add in the 'barn' with its own bar and dining area, the huge section for the kids to run around and play, and its pets welcome policy (there is even a fenced play/sleeping area and dog crates available), what more could you want. Handily located in Jack Boyd Drive it is only a few minutes drive to everything Mangawhai Heads has to offer, Surf Beach, Estuary, Golf Course, Mangawhai Activity Zone, Eateries, etc and only a few minutes more to the Village markets, Tavern, Bennetts Chocolate Shop and Cafe and more eateries.
when the weather is not so great there is a huge smart tv, just bring your own logins for netflix, etc, and in winter keep things cosy with the fireplace
with all day sun and a large deck, enjoy the sunsets with a cold drink in hand The flat section is great for family games in the summer and for the kids to explore.
