One of the most loved homes on Airbnb! Guest Favorite!! This little cabin is a secret gem in Sunriver! Welcome to 17 Antelope. Recently remodeled in December of 2021, this charming, mid-century cabin, has fresh paint (2023), updated finishes, and modern furnishings.
you will feel like you're in your own little vacation oasis on our completely private deck encircled by treetops of the surrounding pines and the glow of string lights at night The deck doubles your living space with an outdoor dining table (seating for 6), gas grill, 4 Adirondack chairs around a cozy gas fire table, space heater for chilly nights, and a sunken hot tub that's been cleaned before each guest. We have blankets to keep you cozy outside in our shed. You'll enter the main floor of the cabin with our electronic keypad into a hallway with hooks to hang your coats and a boot tray for wet shoes. As you enter, you'll look up to see beautiful beam ceilings in our two-story, open concept family room. The highlight is our beautiful, stacked stone gas fireplace with its own timer so you don't have to think about it! We have two recliners, a comfy little love seat/sleeper sofa and throw blankets and pillows to cuddle up for a board game (we have lots!) puzzle, or a movie night (we have a selection of DVDs, a blue ray player and an Apple TV) The updated kitchen has everything you need to make a quick bite to eat, bake a birthday cake or just order pizza! It is cheery and bright with stainless appliances, white tile backsplash and white granite countertops. The granite topped kitchen island has 4 counter height chairs for dining. Our morning coffee and tea station will help you get your day started off right! Down the main hall, you'll find an updated full bath with tub/shower combo, vanity, and elongated toilet. The main bedroom features a brand-new king-sized NECTAR memory foam mattress and has French doors that lead directly out to the deck and hot tub. We have black out curtains and sound machines alarm clocks that dim for a good night's sleep or stay up and watch the Apple TV. There are spa towels waiting in the large master closet and a stacked washer/dryer unit if you need to wash a swimsuit or do a small load of laundry. If you bring the little ones with you, we have a pack-n-play, highchair, baby gates, booster seat and toys available. We also have child friendly cutlery, sippy cups, and dishware. Waiting at the top of the original mid-century spiral staircase in the family room you'll find the loft bedroom with windows overlooking the deck below. This room features a comfy queen-sized bed, dresser, and Apple TV. There are books available to read and a desk and chair if you need to set up your laptop and get some work done. This bedroom has its own updated ensuite full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Our shed is stocked with supplies to keep you entertained... we have day packs and hiking poles (4 sets), snowshoes (4 pairs), sleds, snow play toys and a snowman making kit. In the warmer months we have 4 adult cruiser bikes available. We also have a Pendleton picnic blanket and insulated cooler so you can pack your own romantic picnic for two or take a family lunch into nature (just pick up some yummy snacks and to-go sandwiches at the Village Grocery store, use our reusable grocery tote bags - freezer packs are in the freezer!) Street parking is not permitted in Sunriver. We plow the driveway after 4" of snow. The paved bike path runs behind the cabin, so you'll have easy access to bike and explore around Sunriver. We have 4 adult cruiser bikes available in our shed during the warmer months. We are walking distance to the Village filled with local shops and restaurants. Please note for accessibility that there are two small steps to enter the home. Hot tub is locked for safety. Key is available to adult guests inside the home. Baby gates are available upon request for the top and bottom of the spiral staircase. Limit 1 dog per reservation. Dogs are not permitted on the spiral staircase or in the loft.
