uber and lyft offer very competitive rates and they both have a good presence within the area Madison Place is also within walking distance to historic 25th street and public transit lines are abundant in the area. The Front Runner train is also a very convenient way to get to and from Salt Lake City. There is free parking for guests located behind the building and a gate across the entrance to the parking area.

Excessive pet fur will result in a $100.00 fee, and any pet damage will be charged in the amount of the damage. As we are pet-friendly, there may be more than one pet on the property at the same time. For this reason, we ask that our guests keep their pets on a leash and attend to their pet(s) at all times. We do expect our guests to pick up their dog poops in the yard and the neighborhood.
