uber and lyft offer very competitive rates and they both have a good presence within the area Madison Place is also within walking distance to historic 25th street and public transit lines are abundant in the area. The Front Runner train is also a very convenient way to get to and from Salt Lake City. There is free parking for guests located behind the building and a gate across the entrance to the parking area.
madison place includes a total of 3 private apartments (two 1 bedroom and one 2 bedroom) These are listed individually, but we are happy to accommodate larger groups that would like to make use of more than one of the apartments during their stay. (subject to availability)

While you have been granted access to these areas, the area that you are renting under the terms of your agreement is limited to your apartment. Your apartment is completely private, and we respect your right to privacy.

This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.
pets The Host does allow pets: The Host does not charge any additional pet fees unless there is damage or excessive pet fur left behind. Excessive pet fur makes it very hard for our cleaning team. Excessive pet fur will result in a $100.00 fee, and any pet damage will be charged in the amount of the damage. As we are pet-friendly, there may be more than one pet on the property at the same time. For this reason, we ask that our guests keep their pets on a leash and attend to their pet(s) at all times. We do expect our guests to pick up their dog poops in the yard and the neighborhood.
smoking policy Smoking and or Vaping of any kind anywhere on the premises is prohibited.
