step into the serene comfort of our newly renovated historic home nestled in the heart of samoa This delightful retreat features two bedrooms, each including a queen bed. The downstairs bedroom offers easy access with an bathroom right outside of the hall, and the upstairs bedroom includes a convenient half bathroom, as well as a fold out ottoman (folds out to a twin size bed) for overflow guests, or a child. Experience tailored comfort year-round with our efficient mini-split heating and cooling system in multiple zones of the house, as well as a charming wood stove in the living room to create the ultimate cozy ambience.
