seaside cottage is a stunning, pet friendly (please see pet details below) 5-star home that sleeps 11 comfortably! we are located in a gated community - we are located in a gated community -the community access point to the sound is a 1-2 minute walk away and the beautiful white sandy gulf is just two blocks away
our two-story home offers four (4) bedrooms, a pull-out couch and three (3) baths and is the perfect beach vacation destination for your family and friends

the house is equipped with a washer and dryer We also provide our guests with laundry detergent.

maximum 2 dogs (under 35 lbs) allowed with pre-approval only! there is a pet fee charge (non-refundable) Contact us on the VRBO message board to receive a PRE-APPROVAL for pets. There are NO exceptions to the weight rule, if your dog is 35lbs or over, they will NOT be allowed.
cancellation policy: 100% (minus $15000 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

damage deposit notice: please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $1,500
