The Space:
It is a studio style but there is a private door for the bedroom space. It is not a full kitchen, only a kitchenette. The couch collapses to a bed, futon style. There is parking in the front and rear of building. Please be respective of the other tenants and make sure they have space as well. There is a shared fire pit in the front of the building..

The Neighborhood:
Chic's Beach is a local's beach. We have a lot to do within a very a short distance. It is extremely active during late spring, summer and early fall. You can typically walk or bike to nearly everything needed. The beach is off leash for dogs before 10am and after 6pm from Memorial to Labor Day. There are 4 restaurants, a brewery, and a convenience store within the neighborhood, and several more on the outskirts and surrounding neighborhoods. There is a huge park with playground 1 mile away, an environmental center, state park with 25+ miles of trails.

Getting Around:
There are a lot of things to do within walking distance, and if you need to get into the car just about everything is within 4 miles. Ubers are active in the area and there are several parks within the 4 mile radius with miles of walking, jogging and biking trails.

Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors at least 25 ft from the building. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors.
• Please clean up after your pets when outdoors. Utilize the pet waste station to properly dispose of any pet waste.
• No fires or fire pits allowed on the beach.
• No fireworks allowed on the beach. Use of fireworks will result in a breach of house rules as many house fires have been started in the area due to fireworks.
• Please stay off of the rocks on the beach, as they become slippery and can be quite dangerous.
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.

Check-out Instructions:
- Check-out is 11am
- Clean the dishes & return them
- Turn TV off
- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter
- Lock door behind you
