Positive: Screened in porch and fenced in yard.
Negative: 1) There was one hair dryer held together by duct tape and a fire hazard. 2) The place is VERY dark - the lightbulbs were either burned out or low. 3) The place was not clean, especially for a property managed by Vacasa. The comforter had stains on it and the instructions were to strip the bed of sheets and leave the comforter on so I doubted it was cleaned. Also the coffee maker was really dirty with coffee grounds all over it. The microwave was also very dirty on the outside and barely worked. 4) The check out of 10 am is unreasonable for low season,
Summary: Could be a great house but needs better cleaning. Loved the screened in porch and neighborhood!
