Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: House was more than spacious enough for my family and location to beach was good just wish had more than one key card to access it. Unless we all went together someone had to have their phone on at all times to know when to let others in the gate. Views were good!
Negative: House needs upkeep, door handles falling off, door wouldnt lock ,tvs didn't work, water damage and black mold in two bathrooms. Big issue was with the drone that was spying on us on our second day and lawn care service man was Rude and kept asking when part of my family left, would return and where they went. None of his business. He blocked the driveway with his truck , then after mowing and getting grass all in the pool, which took me an hour to clean out, he took it upon himself to set the trash cans out by the road which BLOCKED the whole driveway. Couldn't get in when we returned. Had to let someone out to move them while went up and turned around. Just ridiculous. You shouldn't have maintenance workers scheduled when you have renters unless they specifically need or ask for it. Had i been in the pool with my kids when he started mowing i would have been livid! I don't know if it's property owner in charge or HOA but I will not be returning to the property or area for that matter!
Summary: Good but beware of all little things and HOA restrictions!
