the triangle ranch sits on 325 private acres and boasts 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a bonus floor living room, loft, and private kids playroom. Outside, there is a basketball court and kids Treehouse as well as a deck and patio with a large picnic table for hosting outdoor meals.
there are 4 queen bedrooms and a kid’s bunk room giving plenty of room for families with kids to enjoy each other while all having their own space
the kitchen is well appointed and includes a bonus coffee bar with an espresso machine, coffee pot, and keurig
the home is situated 10 minutes from downtown grass valley which is famous for its rich mining history, historic sites, wine tasting, fine dining and shopping It is only 5 minutes drive from the county Fairgrounds which hosts frequent concerts and events. Just an hour from Tahoe, you can enjoy a day of skiing or swimming and retreat to the cabin after your adventures.
