This comfy beach house is located in a quiet court at the end of Ash Avenue, Sandy Point.
with stylish touches to the home, the property has everything you and your family need, catered for
the simple layout of the home is easy to navigate - with an open plan kitchen, living, dining area - the perfect shared space and the hub of the home
to the right of the central hub is a hallway connecting the 2 main bedrooms, a bathroom/laundry and large kids rumpus room, doubled as a 3rd bedroom
the master contains a queen bed and an adjoining ensuite with a shower & toilet The second main bedroom contains a Queen bed with a set of single bunks. Thirdly, the rumpus room is generous in size with lots of floor space, a small tv + DVD player and kids toys and games. It contains 2 x double bed with an overhead bunk (tri-bunks). We will approve up to 10 guests.
the laundry is located down the end of the hallway with a shower, toilet, washer and dryer

sandy point is a great base for exploring the local region With Wilsons Promontory a short drive away, you can enjoy a range of short and long hikes that include breath taking beaches, rivers and wildlife encounters.
the historic towns of fish creek, walkerville, foster, toora and meeniyan are an easy drive away, offering outstanding local produce, art galleries, cafes, restaurants and wineries
also in easy reach is the historic cape liptrap lighthouse and walkerville lime kilns at the famous magic beach, walkerville south
the great southern rail trail (131kms) runs from nyora to yarram and can be accessed at fish creek, it's ideal for biking or walking
- getting around
sandy point is a lovely village to stroll around, however getting beyond this you will need your own car

due to the closure of the gippsland power stations, during peak times (ie. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control.
