Positive: I take a lot of time researching places to stay when on holiday and this apartment did not let me down, it was better that expected. It had the WOW factor and when the host Massimo met us at the beautiful entrance he was so pleasant and helpful and had a great big smile. The apartment was very big and spacious for myself and 3 sisters three who are pensioners so having a lift was very helpful as we were on the second floor of a huge big old palazzo building. There were some items and refreshments in the fridge for us which was great as we had just come off a ferry and there were a few personal touches which added to the general feel good factor ambiance. We had a balcony which was another added bonus. We received a voucher for a light breakfast in a very nice cafe 2 minutes away where the staff were so nice. The apartment was is in one of the nicest areas, where there were lots of bars, restaurants shops, cafes, and we were facing the sea. it was 35 euros in a taxi from Naples airport and the rest of the time we walked, it was a safe area especially for us as pensioners but with a great vibe all around for all ages. I would highly recommend it as I have already done so to my friends and family and when back in Naples it will be my go to place. Massimo could not have been anymore helpful, he allowed us to leave our cases and to come and get refreshed for leaving for the airport and ordered us a taxi, what a service. A host in a million thanks for everything just wished he had been able to stay longer.
