everything inside the home is for your own access - however all outdoor areas are a shared space among the other small 5 apartments within the 6 unit apartment complex
i love interacting with my guests however that interaction depends on you! i like to greet my guests by name if we pass outside - you'll see me on site often taking care of the garden and pool area and just doing general maintenance If you need anything - just holler! I want to be sure you have the absolute best stay at any of my properties.

i recommend renting a car as a resource for exploring everything st Pete has to offer! You can however, rely strictly on uber if you are just planning on exploring the downtown scene.

please note - there is no smoking inside the home There is a $500 fine at minimum for smoke remediation inside the home. There are dedicated smoking areas OUTSIDE where you can smoke if you'd like. If smoking inside is discovered during your stay, you will be removed from the property immediately with no refund. Please respect the home and property by smoking outside and disposing your cigarette butts outside as well. thank you
you are responsible for your pet - be a responsible pet owner, and pick up after your pet and do not let let your pet cause reckless damage to any furniture items
please note there is a pet fee of $100 per pet - upon the completion of your booking i will request the additional funds for any additional pets
please note this is a commercial property with a commercial pool Although we do get the pool serviced 2x a week - we do not have control over weather conditions that may affect the pool in-between services. No refunds will be provided if there was perhaps a storm that came by in-between scheduled services that prevent anyone from enjoying the pool. In addition, the health inspector does come by every 6 months and almost every time, there is a new code rule that may impact availability. We will not be providing any refunds for these occasional inconveniences. They happen every so often - if you have questions about the pool availability please inquire before you complete your reservation as I do realize this may affect your vacation and enjoyment of the home and property. We do our best to keep things 100%, but sometimes it is just not possible due to extenuating circumstances described above.
