Positive: The location of the hotel is great. You can walk right along the seawell or to a nearby beach. The staff were friendly but not very flexible.

Negative: The rooms need to be updated - clean and good AC but a bit dated. Also, housecleaning was a big unflexible.

Summary: rooms are a bit dated but a nice enough hotel in a great location
