Positive: Ms Lesley in the reception was lovely. We were able to check in earlier & the hotel even offered to have my parcel delivered to their hotel. Excellent service. The apartment is spacey & has a modern touch. Very good area to stay in. Loved it!
Negative: Theres no daily cleaning, but we only stayed two nights which was ok
