On the main level, opposite the inside entry from your 1.5 car garage & your proper front door entrance from the covered porch, there is a 1/2 bath + a perfect kitchen/eating area walking out to your outdoor dining area on the private deck + a secluded outdoor shower. Finally, in the lower level, you get another bedroom & 4 pc bath + a huge cold room. The parking for 4 cars w/ the garage . Entire house. Mature Guests only age 25+ or families with small children. Keyless entry. Door code will be provided 1 day prior to your arrival. Driveway parks 4 cars and 2 additional spaces can be provided for additional fee of $50.
