all guests must check in with front gate Never put garbage outside the house as it would attracted wild animals and create an unsafe environment for you and your guests. At the end of your stay we ask that you take all garbage bags to the container area right by the main gate. Don't leave garbage (including the garbage from bathrooms) in the house. Please be aware if you leave trash (inside or outside the house) when you depart there will be a $100 fine Minimum. The cleaning fee is for general cleaning only, any cleaning beyond that you will be charged $150 extra (possibly more if necessary).
