Positive: Exceptional Stay in Ella – Highly Recommended Royo Rock Ella is a true hidden gem. The mountain views are breathtaking, the rooms are spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. What really stands out is the warm and genuine hospitality — the hosts go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Perfect location close to Ella town, yet quiet and relaxing. Amazing value for money. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Negative: Everything is perfect. It was also nice to see the hotel expanding and growing. Wishing the team all the best and a smooth, speedy completion of the new developments. If the expansion matches the current quality and hospitality, this place is going to be something truly special. Highly recommended, and looking forward to visiting again once everything is complete 👏
