Perfectly positioned and harbour facing is our 3 bedroom townhouse Riverside. Located right in the Honeysuckle Precinct of Newcastle (NSW) this executive property is fully self-contained and fully furnished with quality appliances and facilities.
there are 3 spacious bedrooms, the main located on the middle level and features a king size bed, an ensuite and built in wardrobe The 2nd bedroom is also on the middle level with the main bathroom and 3rd bedroom is located on the upper level. There are 2 comfortable and spacious living areas in the property both on the ground floor. There is a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. The property is air conditioned with an internal private laundry with washing machine and dryer. Pets are considered on enquiry. Please note if approved pets are not allowed on the furniture and you will be responsible for any damage, or additional cleaning caused by the pet if required.

Summary: Easy checkin-in. Nice location on the river. Property itself is lacking. Only surface clean. Kitchen drawers, door handles and cupboards were dirty. I needed to wash glasses, cups, plates and cutlery before using them. There was dirt and bugs on windowsill into floor bedroom. Weeds all through garden and pavers and cigarette butts in back courtyard. Leaking taps. Monitoring board despite there being 2 irons.
