3 Bedroom House in Twin Mountain
Relax at this beautiful spot located on the Ammonoosuc River. The sound of the river and the views of the mountains are amazing. Enjoy the fire pit with S'mores. Keep an eye out for the bald eagles and local wildlife. This 3 bed 2 1/2 bath (4 bed 3 1/2 if the "Bear Den" is rented see details. Sleeps 8 without the Bear Den) is the perfect space for families and couples and to get away from it all.
the house is located on the river, has a firepit, and is great for families and couples The upstairs has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths - First floor master has a new California King bed, the second floor has one bedroom with a Queen Bed and another bedroom with two Queen log beds. If the In Law unit "Bear Den" is rented (additional charge) - add an additional new King log bed and a pull out leather queen sofa and full bath making the house a 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths. The "Bear Den" is a perfect option for families and couples as it is a true in law unit which is NOT included in the upstair rental. It has a bedroom with a king bed, kitchen, living room, pull out queen leather sofa couch, which sleeps 2, walk out patio, and connects to the upstairs unit. If not rented it is locked off. We NEVER rent out the house to separate groups. The "Bear Den" is a separate unit with its own entrance and has a staircase connecting to the upstair unit. There is Air conditioning in the "Bear Den" but is it rarely needed. The snow mobile trail is across the street and it is a 7-8 min drive to Bretton Woods and a 14 min drive to Cannon.
