It is pet-friendly and is in an excellent location. You can easily access Brownwood Paddock Square, Publix, Lake Okahumpa, and numerous brand-new recreation centers within 5 minutes on the golf cart. The brand-new Clarendon Rec Center is a short walk away and boasts family and adult pools, pickleball courts, tennis, bocce, shuffleboard, sand courts, platform tennis, and outdoor exercise equipment. There are walking trails, kayak launches, fire pits, golf courses, and pitch and putt nearby. You can enjoy all the brand-new furnishings that create an inviting and comfortable environment. Both bedrooms have smart TVs and cable. One bedroom comes with a king-size bed, and the other has a queen-size bed. You will have all the amenities you need to feel at home. Beach chairs, beach towels, and bicycles are available for your use.
