Once again, this rare, one-of-a-kind three-story villa looks like a combination of a Moroccan Riad and an old Spanish house, surrounded entirely by the nature of the Botanical Gardens and will not feel like you're in the center of the Eternal City. Built by architect Gepy Mariani, the house collects numerous pieces of art and history from long trips. Great art and entertainment characters have passed through here.

Summary: this is a wonderful large home with 2 nice open-air patios, a large living room and dining room and nice kitchen. the location is a short walk to the Vatican or the charming neighborhood of Trastevere. Suggestion to the owner the primary bedroom bed is a very dense and hard foam bed (think of sleeping on a carpeted floor) provide a pillow topper for those of us who like/need softer mattress.
