THIIS IS AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN “SOCIAL DISTANCING” AT IT’S FINEST!! Imagine lounging in beautiful, tranquil, spa-like surroundings while, at the same time, being able to easily step onto a secluded and expansive beach and then into the Atlantic Ocean. Enter another dimension of relaxation at the gated Lands End Ocean Resort, immediately after passing through the nearby outside world of golf, shopping, gaming, walking, biking, fitness, outlets, all types of restaurants, shows, theaters, etc., etc. WITH THE CONDO BEING ON THE FIRST FLOOR, YOU’LL ENJOY THE CONVENIENCE AND PRIVACY OF NOT HAVING TO DEAL WITH STAIRS OR AN ELEVATOR!!! The bright entry area leads past a fully supplied kitchen with a closet housing a washing machine and dryer. It opens into the dining area with a glass topped table with seating for 6 and then you see the living room with two large sofas, one of which opens into a full sized bed. Both sofas have covers which can be washed and changed after each guest. These sofas face a 50 inch TV sitting on a table including the telephone, wireless and DVD. Glass doors open onto double arched balconies where you'll be pleasantly attuned to nature while sitting at the pub table or lying on the cushioned lounges. The adjoining 500 acre nature preserve provides it's own pleasing sights and sounds accompanying the wonderful sounds of the ocean waves. The master bedroom also opens onto the balconies and has a California King bed with dual adjustments. The master bath is roomy and spa-like with it's jetted soaking tub and stained glass windows. The second bedroom has twin beds and an adjoining bath with shower. You'll be happy when you arrive from your travels to find sheets on the beds and towels provided at no extra cost, plus a welcome package containing paper towels, bath soap, laundry detergent, dish and dishwasher detergents, large trash bags, shampoo and toilet paper. Outside you'll find the SPACIOUS UNCROWDED beach and two large pools with decks and lounge chairs. One of the pools is heated in the spring and fall. There are two hard courts on the property, one for tennis and one for basketball or related sports. The picnic area with grills and tables is close by. Due to Development Restrictions MOTORCYCLES AND TRAILERS are not allowed on the property..
