Positive: It's a great location for skiers, just 30m from the first ski lift Nube D'Argento, but we used a bit further one - 200m away. Just a little grocery shop in the neighbor, nothing else there. Big ski room. Parking on the street in front of the building.

Negative: There is zero sound insulation, you can hear literally speaking everything in neighboring rooms, luckily it wasn't too busy. No pots and pans, we needed to bring ours. Everything is just for 2; glasses, cups, forks...no decent knife, no chopping board, no kettle... No ski boots heaters in the ski room. For the price of the room, they can do better to improve the stay.
