Positive: For my purposes the location was excellent (one reason I chose to stay there), breakfast was excellent, the room had everything I could want, the bed was very comfortable. I would have liked a few more places to sit outside .
Negative: In my room, at least, you should put a grab bar along the length of the bathtub. Maybe you have these in other bathrooms.
Summary: A very pleasant place to stay.
