Summary: We didn't receive any notification about check-in the night before our arrival, and then for several hours they didn't answer the phone or the line was busy. Finally, we notified Hotels.com, who looked for the owner and within 1 hour they solved it so that we could check in via an external application. It's worth getting to the accommodation early in the evening, there are terrible figures in groups on the street. It's hard to sleep even with earplugs, there's a very busy street right under the window day and night. However, the accommodation was clean and of good quality, equipped with everything. Most attractions and public transport are very close.
