(heating unit for colder months).

→ bright and spacious open living area with hardwood flooring, a big sofa, and a 55" 4k tv where you can log in to your netflix or other streaming service It's a wonderful space for relaxing downtime moments at home.
→ a long dining table that comfortably seats 10 to 14 when extended! great for “sit-down meal moments” with great dinner chat There’s a kitchen BREAKFAST BAR too with 3 barstools for extra seating if needed. The table is perfect for a workspace too.

The nearby Mount Royal Park has trails and a lake with lovely views of the mountain. Park La Fontaine is also nearby, which is surrounded by a lush lawn and beautiful tranquil ponds.
