Villa K2n is a completely renovated semi-detached house on the outskirts of Katun in the green inland of Istria, about 12 km from Porec and the beaches. The house was built at the end of the XIX century and renovated twice, in 2005 and in 2018. During the restoration of the house, great attention was paid in preserving the traditional elements of an old Istrian house, while at the same time offering the guests a high level of comfort. The interior is a combination of the old way of building and modern furniture. On enclosed property of 560 sqm, guests can use an open private swimming pool of 27 sqm, covered terrace with dining table, barbecue and two parking spaces.
