The front door opens to a foyer and an open concept living/dining/kitchen area.
the chef's kitchen is complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, coffee, beverage bar and all of the necessities for cooking (toaster, pots, pans, dishes, cups plates, bowls, wine opener, etc) There is a half bath off the kitchen and french doors to a separate living area on the first floor as well as a breakfast nook. Another set of french doors lead to the deck with soft seating. There are 3 bedrooms and a washer/dryer on the 2nd floor, including a master suite with a sitting room and coffee bar, large walk-in closet (which can double as a baby's room) and an extra deep soaking tub and modern shower.
on the 3rd floor there is another 2 bedroom/den in the lovely attic area, with a full bathroom and tub/shower Sleeping arrangements include a full bed, a full futon, one twin, and two twin trundle beds. This is a great space for a girls’ group or young people. In total, there is space for up to 12 in beds/futons and 14 including couches.

All trash must be put outside in the trash bins. Please break down ANY BOXES for recycling (we can recycle cardboard and plastic). NO GLASS.
quiet hours are from 10pm-8am We request that all guests be respectful and courteous of our neighbors. Please move indoors at 10pm or keep noise to a normal conversation level.
