from the moment you walk in, you're going to fall in love with this home It has been completely redone. New floors, kitchen, luxury bathroom, and much more. Everything new in 2019. you'll appreciate the care that went into making it the best short-term rental in the area!
the rental is pet-friendly! feel free to bring your furry friend, the yard is completely fenced in We simply ask that you include your pet when booking. There is an additional $15/night pet fee which will be added to the stay.

the kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include microwave and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products.
location: home is ideally located near downtown and the beach Only a half mile to Downtown Manistee and less than a mile to the popular 5th Avenue Beach (walking trail connects 1st Avenue to Monroe Street to the beach). this location is centrally located to many other attractions such as douglas winery, orchard beach state park, and the manistee river!

check in time is after 4:00pm and check out time is before 10:00am Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.
