As you drive through the private gates to your left you will see a large grassy area, a great white fountain all surrounded by fully matured shade trees. There is room for 6-8 cars. Entering the home the foyer leads to a warm, inviting living room with a pool table and seating area with a wood burning fireplace. For dining there is a choice of eating in the kitchen or a formal dining room. All cookware, dishes, etc are provided.
the honeymoon style master bedroom is very large and leads to the master bathroom with its in-ground 8 person spaThe bathroom has a large shower and bidet. For entertainment there is a Pool table, putting green, badminton volley ball Karaoke and a beautiful theater along with games to choose from The house has many places for gathering or spaces for alone time.
due to covid my husband and i may be in an rv parked in a remote area of the property so as to allow our guests maximum privacy

Summary: Overall the property was beautiful and set up for entertaining a group or family staying in Vegas. From pool table, bean bag toss, putting green, hot tub and pool, there are plenty of activities to keep entertained within property walls. Theatre room was great for watching late night movie or sports game. We brought our hockey team to town for tournament. The listing showed additional 2 twin beds, which were not in house. We had comped rooms on the strip so couple guys wanted to be there anyway. Parking lists 6-8 cars and could only fit 3 total, which was unfortunate for guys driving in from CA. The driveway could have accommodated 6-8 cars if the owners were not staying in their RV in driveway with 2 personal vehicles. It is written in last line of description that owners may be staying on property. We spent several thousand dollars and would assume they could park at KOA for a couple nights. For the most part, we did not notice them on the property. Exception to that is when their very sweet dog would open back door and let himself in at 7am. Kind of rough waking up to dog after getting in at 3am from playing hockey. Listing stated pool and hot tub were heated, but was not turned on when we arrived. The home instruction manual stated that we needed to give 3 days notice and would be a couple hundred per day to turn on heat. We didn’t feel like paying so didn’t say anything. The owner came in pool area on Saturday and noticed it was cold and turned on at that point. We rented from Thursday to Sunday. Would rent again if had complete privacy to property and owner was not on property.
