our spacious 3ba/2bath home is outfitted with guests comfort and convenience in mind for the perfect beach vacation! flat screen tv in the living room, master bedroom and den Wifi is included and you will have access to all apps on the fire stick including Netflix. The master bedroom has a King bed with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has one queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Kitchen is stocked to enjoy a nice meal after a long day of sun and sea.

guests will have access to the entire home Guests can relax in a nice screened in patio in a quiet neighborhood while having a cold beverage or morning coffee; Overlooking the refreshing scenery of plants and trees overlapping the pool. The patio will be stocked with beach towels, boogie boards, sand buckets and beach toys. Our home is well stocked with all the essentials our guests will need during their stay.

we are located minutes away from shopping centers, about 30 minutes from jacksonville international airport, only 3 minutes from south beach park and sunshine playground and if you’re looking to hit the beach, it is just a 10 minute drive

there's a chance debris from landscaping will enter the pool from harsh weather conditions We do take strict measures to maintain a debris-free pool, but please be aware that leaves will fall into pool as this is out of our control.
