Positive: The room itself was generally clean and the bathroom was well maintained. The kitchen staff member was very kind and helpful — she warmed hot water for me whenever I needed it, which I appreciated. The property seems to have potential and could be very nice with a few improvements.
Negative: The bottom bedsheet appeared dingy/yellowed even though the top sheet looked clean, and the pillows were uncomfortable. The bed also shifted when I moved during the night. The coffee machine in the room was not working, and there was no microwave available. This made it difficult to warm water or reheat food I had brought, which was inconvenient. I also had to repeatedly request bottled water. The window view was disappointing — instead of the expected scenery, it faced a very close wall with a view of a back area containing garbage.
