The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining large groups with an oversized sectional couch and breakfast bar seating 8 which overflows into the living space that has 70" TV and fireplace! 3 car garage with extra boat deep approx. 41' and side parking as well. rv hooks ups are available too! the back yard features a large covered patio equipped with 5 piece patio seating, dining table for 8+, 65" tv, hot tub and bbq! take a swim and cool off in the sparkling pool and in the evening chill at the firepit!
