Positive: It was pleasant, clean, comfortable beds, late check-in with no extra fee, very nice owner with detailed instructions about everything. Coffee machine in the room. Quiet area.

Negative: Rather hard to climb the stairs with heavy suitcases. The coffee was not very good.
