Positive: Ramsses Palace was a good place to stay in Luxor. It is close to all the temples and tombs in the mountains, and is located in a more peaceful area of Luxor. Our host, Maxim, was friendly, and very helpful with every question we had. He helped us find where to eat, what to see, people that could drive us places, etc. I would definetily ask Maxium or the hotel to find you an honest driver to and from the hotel, instead of finding a random taxi yourself. Maxim also made a lot tea for us in a traditional egyptian house, which we could enjoy together with him. Our room was clean, and in great condition. We even had our own kitchen, and a great view from the balcony. I would very much recommend staying here if you go to Luxor. Ramsses Palace also offered very good and traditional food. We ordered both breakfast and dinner for a decent price and it was both so tastefull. The food was very fresh and felt authentic. The price to quality ratio was excelent and we felt we got a lot compared to the price we payed for staying. Also a big shout out to Muhamed for the donkey ride and being very service minded and polite.
