Positive: My stay was great, mainly thanks to two people (Veronica and Aijimon) at the reception who were always very kind and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the very first moment. I also want to thank the breakfast team for their kindness in preparing vegetarian food without onion and garlic. That extra care made a big difference and was truly appreciated.
