hello, i am breton in paris, i have a masters in french gastronomie from the ritz escoffier in cooking, baking and pastries My idea was to make this quite small apartment in an historical bldg into a little haven of coziness, modern elegance and zenitude for a young yuppy or a couple wanting to experience The Marais. As you probably already know, it's very close to the top modern art galleries, place des Vosges and it's famous gastronomical restaurant l'Ambroisie. I have attached photos.
