Beautiful and quiet neighborhood located on the Thunderbay River. This house is set on a almost 2 acres partially wooded lot with frequent wildlife visits including; Bald eagles, Osprey, lots of waterfowl, fox ,whitetail deer and an occasional owl. The views are spectacular thru out the different seasons. The colors of fall are are breath taking with the reflection of the colors mirrored across the calm river. The winter brings the beauty of snow covered trees and partially ice covered river. The new life of spring is sure to catch everybody's eyes as all of the young wildlife start to show up and are paraded around thru the lillies. Cozy and comfortable home with a bonus 3 seasons room to be able to enjoy the scenery from the comfort of inside. We are within just 1.5 miles of gas stations, grocery store, dollar general, family dollar and 2 hardware stores. There are a few restaurants just a couple minutes that offer various food and drinks. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy nature. Located only a block away from the snowmobile / side by side trail makes it convenient for outdoor winter sports. come and
