our property is located in southwest vegas and just about 15 minute drive from the center of the las vegas strip
our place is situated in a a quiet, newly built community where parking is safe and secure The neighborhood was just built in 2022. You can get to many attractions in just a few minutes, making our home is a perfect choice for your holiday stay.
our home is a tri level home that boasts 2 separate living rooms, a family room, a separate dining room, a workspace with its own desk and a very strong air conditioning unit
the garage and 1 bedroom with its own living room and bathroom are on the ground floor with the kitchen and living room located on the 2nd floor The 3rd floor contains 4 spacious bedrooms that have great serene breezes.
as we take lots of pride in maintaining cleanliness, each mattress comes equipped with a waterproof & bed bug proof mattress cover
2 garage parking spaces are provided
the house can easily accommodate 10 people However, there are two sofas in the 2 different living rooms that can fit 3 more people, if needed.
