Come stay in one of Davis Shores’ original ranch style homes that is close to everything! Built in 1952, Cottage Avista has many of the original charms of yesterday still intact and is located on the only circle in North Davis Shores. a very small community with minimal traffic and extra privacy! you will enjoy the sights, sounds, and island breezes as you are so close to the bayfront and downtown!
this is the perfect sized home for a family vacation with a large remodeled, well appointed kitchen and two bedrooms (the master with a comfy king size bed and the second bedroom is queen sized) There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the den.
walk or bike over the bridge of lions to explore the town We have several bikes for our guests, however if staying in, enjoy a setting sun on the wrap around front porch. For home entertainment there is a 55” HD TV and strong Wi-Fi throughout the property. Kids can utilize the den, shut the pocket doors and enjoy their own HD TV as well. We allow our guests to use the new washer and dryer located inside the detached garage.
