Summary: Condition of the room was poor, not cleaned well. Appliances old. No towels upon arrival, had to ask staff for towels. Living room window could not be closed due to lack of handle to secure it, all road noise could be heard even being on the 23rd floor. Called maintenance at 9 pm after discovering the window was open. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for them to fix. Hallway tiles were loose as you walked across them they shifted. Staff was great as the restaurant was.
