Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It was in a really fantastic location with the staff doing everything they can to make your stay comfortable. They are on hand and assisted us personally with a variety of issues that we had and were very responsive and professional.

Negative: Whenever you use the taps, shower or flush the toilet in the room, it is very smelly and smells like drainage quite badly; despite this, the rooms and the hotel are very clean. There were also quite a lot of mosquitos in our room which led to us getting bitten quite a bit. I would probably recommend investing in mosquito nets. Following on from this, the doors do not seal properly so there are large gaps where mosquitos can get in. Overall, it has the potential to be better but needs a bit more investment.
